Protecting Our Green Heart
Coming Soon!
Love and Forests began as a local initiative and is growing into a statewide and national conservation and regeneration organization. Forests do more than inspire poetry; they strengthen our immune systems, lower blood pressure, reduce stress and improve mood. Protecting and restoring them protects us. Our mission is to conserve old‑growth stands, plant native species, and educate communities about the healing benefits of trees.
As we grow toward becoming a 501(c)(3), we’re looking for board members, founders and donors who share this vision.
Will you join us? Your donation supports tree‑planting projects, educational programming and advocacy. If you have expertise in ecology, non‑profit governance or fundraising, we invite you to apply to our board. Together we can ensure that future generations have forests to love and be loved by.
Mission: Love and Forests aims to expand from a local initiative to a statewide and national non‑profit dedicated to conservation, preservation and regeneration. Exposure to forests boosts immunity, reduces stress and lowers blood pressure, underscoring why forest protection matters for public health.
Goals: Objectives include conserving old‑growth forests, planting native trees, supporting regenerative farming and forestry and educating communities about the healing power of nature.
Get involved: We invite you to donate, become founding board members, volunteer or partner with the organization. Or join our newsletter to stay informed.
Transparency: We are seeking 501(c)(3) status and welcome help from individuals with experience in non‑profit governance, fundraising and ecology.
