We provide guided forest bathing experiences, courses, series, workshops, and related resources (“Services”). Some offerings are in-person and some are online.
Forest bathing is a wellness and educational practice. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, or psychotherapy. If you have medical concerns, consult a licensed professional. You participate at your own discretion and responsibility.
In-person sessions take place outdoors. Nature is beautiful—and also full of normal outdoor realities: uneven ground, weather changes, insects/ticks, poison ivy, etc. By enrolling/attending, you acknowledge these risks and agree to take reasonable precautions (appropriate clothing, hydration, etc.) and to follow guide instructions.
We meet in most weather. If conditions are unsafe, we reschedule. Unsafe conditions include thunderstorms, lightning, and tornado warnings, and any other severe conditions that create risk. If a change is needed, we’ll notify participants as soon as possible.
To protect the group container:
Sharing is always optional; silence is welcome.
Please treat others with respect and confidentiality.
Follow group boundaries and safety instructions.
We reserve the right to remove a participant (without refund) for unsafe behavior, harassment, or repeated disruption.
Prices are listed on the checkout page and may change at any time. Your price is locked in at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Podia + Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.
More than 14 days before the program start date: You may request a refund minus a 20% administrative/processing fee, or choose a credit toward a future offering (if available).
Within 14 days of the program start date: No refunds. You may request a credit toward a future offering (if available).
Once the program begins: No refunds. We’re human. If there are truly extenuating circumstances, you’re welcome to email us and we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another eligible participant with advance notice and our written approval, subject to capacity and program requirements.
If your purchase includes access to a private course hub, you agree not to share your login, links, or paid materials with others. We may update or reorganize course content over time to improve clarity and delivery.
All content on this site and inside our programs (text, images, lesson materials, PDFs, recordings, etc.) belongs to Karen Joy B LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without written consent.
Photos may occasionally be taken during sessions for marketing or educational purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, tell us before the session begins and we’ll honor that.
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karen Joy B LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Services. Participation is voluntary, and you assume the ordinary risks of outdoor and online activities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date.
