Get gentle reminders, seasonal notes, and first access to new sessions and series. No noise - just an occasional invitation to reset.
Our Welcome & Orientation is where you’ll meet your cohort—the small circle you’ll go deep with over the next six months. You’ll receive your Welcome Kit (including your bonus picnic blanket, if applicable) and get grounded in what to expect, what to bring, and how we’ll practice together. Bring your questions and curiosities for an open Q&A so you leave feeling clear, supported, and ready.
Six guided forest bathing sessions (In-Person, 1:00–5:00 PM ET):
May 24 • Jun 28 • Jul 26 • Aug 23 • Sep 27 • Oct 25 — Three Oaks, Michigan
Six Integration Circles via Zoom — optional but encouraged, to support your practice.

Your Forest Bathing Practice Kit is a set of thoughtful essentials to support comfort, safety, and ease in the field—so you can arrive, exhale, and drop in. It includes a curated mix of practical items (like natural sunscreen and bug repellent, a tick key tool, a bug bite tool, and a branded water bottle), along with M. Amos Clifford’s book "Your Guide to Forest Bathing" to deepen your practice between sessions. You’ll receive your kit at Welcome & Orientation (including a bonus picnic blanket, if applicable).
Everything you need lives in one place—preparation guidance, location and arrival details, what to bring, safety notes, and day-of updates. You’ll also find the full schedule, session pages for each month, and the Zoom Integration Circle details. Think of it as your calm, always-available home base for the entire journey.
Enrollment is limited to 12 participants.
This series is for people who are ready to slow down and build a steady relationship with restoration—busy professionals, caregivers, and leaders who want a monthly rhythm of nervous system reset and deep nature connection. No prior experience is needed, and the pace is gentle and beginner-friendly. Come as you are.
Guided sensory invitations, unhurried movement, and spacious pauses designed to help you settle into presence. Optional reflection and community witnessing (never forced), and a closing tea ritual to integrate what you noticed. Over time, many people experience more calm, clarity, and resilience—not from effort, but from consistent practice.
Enrollment is limited to 12 participants.
